The Mountain T-shirts are U.S. sizes, so they run pretty big. Aim for one size smaller than in Europe. For example, if you are a size L, choose a size M.

The measurements are given as an indication, the manufacturer announces a possibility of variation of 5 % on the width and 7 % on the height.
